Gratitude is a practice.

Exercising that gratitude muscle in your brain leaves you more fulfilled than ever before.  I used to take up to a minute to think of one thing to be grateful for – now, it just pops up in a few seconds! By the way, I love following The Five Minute Journal routine. This was the original product that gave clarity to my daily schedule.

To be honest, I never really bought the book or the app, which is essentially just a guide, but the process itself has been awesome enough for me.

The Five Minute Journal~ (Morning Routine)

  1. 3 Things You’re Grateful For
    • sleepovers, the sun, coats 🙂
  2. What are some things that you can do to make today great?
  3. I am __________!

Do we appreciate the people around us enough? How about things? What are you grateful for today?
